  • Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to hospital staff, patients, or other Users.

Payment and Fees

    Patient Payments

    Patients agree to pay all consultation fees, treatment costs, and related charges as communicated at the time of booking or treatment. Payments may include consultation fees, diagnostic tests, procedures, or surgery charges. All payments must be made through approved payment methods provided by the Hospital.

    Refunds and Disputes

Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Noor Eye Care Hospital’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination and Suspension
